Dear Huntley 158 Parents & Families,
We hope you and your students have had an exciting first week of Summer Adventure, Huntley 158’s K-5 Summer Learning opportunity! As part of this program, students have begun to explore weekly independent and self-paced activities to extend the curriculum experienced during the school year, focusing on the 7 Natural Wonders of the World. All materials needed for Summer Adventure can be found in your red bag. Once you complete your week of literacy and math activities, color in that week’s circle on your postcard to show your progress.
Throughout the summer, you will have the opportunity to meet some elementary building administrators at a special location! Be sure to bring your postcard with you when you meet at the locations below to receive a special prize for all your hard work!
REMINDER: Our first Summer Adventure check in will be held tomorrow, Friday, June 10 at Manny’s Gelato in Huntley. Come meet us at 10:00 a.m. to check in with Mrs. Happold and Mrs. Morley from Martin Elementary School and Mr. Iddings and Mrs. Baughman from Leggee Elementary School. We hope to see you there!
